Student Support

1. Admission Committee: A committee is formed at the beginning of every academic year to look after the admission of the students for that year. The Committee works under the guidance of Dr. Manoj Gairi as Nodal and other faculties assist him and coordinates with him. 
2.  Discipline, Education Arrangement, and Anti-Ragging: The Committee maintains discipline, dignity, decorum and rapport of the institute. The committee is headed by Dr. Manoj Gairi (Nodal), Dr. Yogisha, Dr. Azad Singh.

     3.NAAC, IQAC & Website: The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is a government organization in India that assesses and accredits Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The internal quality assurance mechanism of the institution may be called “Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)”. The IQAC is meant for planning, guiding and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities of the colleges. The committee is headed by Dr. Yogisha and Mr. Anurag Bhandari. Bimal Chand assists them.

4. RUSA Nodal/ GeM Portal/PFMS Portal: Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS), launched in 2013 aims at providing strategic funding to eligible state higher educational institutions. Our College has been provided 20 million ( 2 Crore) under RUSA sceme and We have got our college buiding with it that has two floors. We already got our ground floor constructed and first floor is in under construction. We also got college furniture and other needed items for college out of RUSA funds. GeM is (Government E Market) portal to bring transparency in tender process of procurement by Government institutions. College makes all its purchase through the GeM portal. IFMS is Integrated Financial Management System. It is an IT based budgeting and accounting system that manages spending, payment processing, budgeting and reporting for government and other entities.  The Committee is headed by Dr. Anurag Bhandari (Nodal) and assisted by Dr. Ganesh Bhagwat.
5. Student Union Election, Student welfare and Student grievances redressal: The committee follows Lyngdoh Committee guidelines for conducting student elections. Student welfare committee aims at being a link between students, teachers and College administration. We actively seek to address grievances issues on student front. Our committee promotes timely and transparent resolution of these grievances’ issues in a confidential manner. The Committee is headed by Dr. Yogisha and assisted by Dr. G. Bhagwat (Asst. In-charge) and other faculty Members.
6. Exam conducting and results committee: Examination committee takes care on all matters relevant to college examinations, including time tables, timing, content, and evaluation (internals and other) of exams. The committee is headed by Dr. Manoj Gairi and assisted by Sh. Lakhiraam (clerk)
7. Sports/ Disaster management/ Adventure etc.: I) The committee shall promote sports activities by motivating students and member's faculty. II) Promoting Team spirit by making healthy competition. III) To organize regular sports events in order to train students for states and national level competition. IV) To arrange for better coaching facilities. The committee is headed by Dr. Anurag Bhandari and assisted by Mr. Chinta Mani and Sh. Yogesh Rana (Book lifter)
8. E-Library/ e-Granthalaya/Library: Digital library, also called an online library, an internet library is an online database of digital objects that can include text, still images, audio, video, digital documents, or other digital media formats or a library accessible through the internet. Headed by Dr. Anurag Bhandari and assisted by Sh. Lakhiraam (Clerk) and Sh. Yogesh Rana (Assistant)

9.EDUSAT & AISHE Portal: GSAT-3, known as EDUSAT is meant for distant class room education from school level to higher education. Headed by Dr. Manoj Gairi, and assisted by Dr. Anurag Bhandari (Asst. Nodal), Shri. Sher Singh (Member), Shri. Bimal (Member)

10. Career Counselling & Placement Cell: The task of this cell is to empower students to discover, develop and apply their unique talents to achieve their greatest career potential and also putting efforts to impart students the knowledge of self, career options and resources. Headed by Dr. Anurag Bhandari (Nodal)and Dr. Ganesh Bhagwat (Member)
11. Rovers and Rangers: Rovers and Rangers is the higher wing of Bharat Scout and guide. It is a voluntary and non-political educational movement for young people and open to all without distinction of origin, race or creed. The college has a unit of twenty Rovers and twenty Rangers. Headed by Dr. Ganesh Bhagwat (Nodal) and assisted by Mr. Chinta Mani and Ms. Monika (Member)
12. Building Construction/supervision/Repair- The Particular committee deals with the supervision of construction/ repair/ purchase of items in college. Headed by Dr. Ganesh Bhagwat (Nodal) and assisted by Dr. Azad Singh (Member), Mr. Chinta Mani (Member), Ms. Monika (Member) Dr. Neetu Thapliyal (Member), Sh. Sher Singh (Member), Sh. Deepak Rana (Member)
13. College Magazine Publication, Creative writing and other co-curricular activities: The College encourages its students to boost and enhance their creative powers by writing their original poem, experiences and short stories etc. and publishes them in the form of a college magazine. Managed by Ganesh Bhagwat (Nodal) and assisted by Dr. Yogisha (Member), Dr. Neetu Thapliyal (Member), Sh. Bimal Chandra (Member), Sh. Yogesh Rana (Member)
14. Cleanliness/ Environment/Educational trips etc. (Namami Gange Program conducted at State level)- The College conducts various State and Central run programs and engages all its students to perform various activities/cleanliness/awareness drives within college and to nearby places surrounding the college. Headed and managed by Dr. Ganesh Bhagwat (Nodal)and assisted by Dr. Azad Singh (Member), Mr. Chinta Mani (Member)
